How Much Whey Protein Should I Take After Each Workout?
I am starting to use whey protein shakes after each workout. Each scoop is 20g of protein. I weigh 160 lbs and was thinking i should take 2 scoops after each workout (ever other day). I want to look fit and get a beach body, not get huge. Is 2 scoops (40g protein total) the right amount? Any advice appreciated.

How Much Whey Protein Can The Body Take At Once During Consumption Before It Becomes Too Much And It’s Wasted?
I want to start taking whey protein to gain muscle along with exercising to lose weight. But I need some pointers first. How much of whey protein grams can the body take in before it is too much and no longer useful? And when is the best time to take it? Would mixing it with milk be a good idea?
