I know the directions say 1 cup of water to 1 scoop of whey protein. But I use 2 cups of water to 1 scoop of whey protein is that okay??? Or am I diluting the whey too much and I wouldn’t get the same effects.

The amount of water you use is just for you to be able to drink it . it only affects the taste.
your body will take what it needs from the whey protein either if it’s really diluted or really concentrated.

you’re absolutely fine using 2 cups if you like. The important thing is, that you’re getting some protein in your body. Hell I think most people don’t drink enough water and I admit I don’t but still acknowledge it. I’m still drinking way more the average person.
Guess that’s why I have more energy then most.
