I Work Out And Taking Whey Protein Will It Continue Helps Me To Gain Body Mass?

Im 20yrs old men 130lbs 5′9, I work out 3x a week and taking whey protein. I gain 5lbs and built my muscles in 3mos periods of working out but my target is to be around 160lbs. How can I get faster result? Do I need to use other products? I don’t take whey protein during off days Do I need to?

  1. Whey protein is all you need. Go natural, if you want to get big you need to lift heavy weights, and you need at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. Good Luck

  2. Well its not nessary to take Whey protien during off days…Even if you do. your body may not contain all the protien. You only need so much of certian vitamins. Your body will just dispose of excess protien…But then again. everyones body is different.
    3x’s a week should be good. Eat some good fulll meals on your off days.
    But yeah, Just continue your routine… u should b fine. :D

  4. It seems like you’re doing fine
    I’m 16, 5′9″, and am now currently 171 pounds
    I was 156 pounds before weightlifting and have been for 4 months
    Usually for getting the looks of your body you do 4sets 15reps
    with low weight
    And for strength 6sets 1rep with very heavy weight
