Hi,
I’m going to buy flavorless whey protein just to supplement my meals. For my post workouts I already have something with quite a bit of BCAA, but it is vanilla-flavored and I would get sick of it really fast if I used that to supplement. What are some things I can add whey to just to increase the protein content? I tried protein coffee today and it was superb.
What Are Some Things That I Can Add Whey Protein Powder To?

You could add it to cereals or oatmeal… I often add it to smoothies consisting of a variety of blended fruits.
