I got some whey protein that gives you 62 grams per serving. Are there any whey proteins higher than that? If there are, can you tell me? Thanks

That’s pretty high and actually might be a waste of protein since your body can only consume so much at one time. You should go for quality not quantity in your whey in which case I would recommend Optimum Nutrition, great quality and great taste (unless you get something like gingerbread or eggnog which just tastes strange)
BTW if i remember correctly ON Whey has 24g per serving
And remember that weightlifters know that the RDA’s recommendation for protein is laughably low, if you want to gain weight you should be eating a gram of protein for every pound you weigh.
The recommended protein intake a day is about 56 grams of protein. I think 62 grams is a little too much to take because don’t forget you are also getting protein from other foods you are eating throughout the day as well. I say optimum nutrition gold standard whey protein is very good because it offers 24 grams a protein per serving and it tastes excellent too, and it is also not that expensive, it’s around 40 dollars.
