    I’ve read about ten books on nutrition in the last several years, and Nancy Clark’s “Sports Nutrition Guidebook” is without a doubt the best.

    absolutely wonderful
    I recommend this book to everyone. Although Nancy Clark calls it a Sport’s Nutrition Guidebook, this is really a guide on the way everybody should eat in order to be healthy.
