I work out everyday, cardio for 45 minutes and 15 minutes of lifting after.  My diet is boiled eggs, chicken, and vegetables, and the whey protein shakes.  I was wondering when would be best to take the shake given that my goal is weight loss and eventually muscle definition, before or after my workout, or both?</p>
